A Broken Angel is a wonderful vegan food cart located in Bend, Oregon. It is quite simply our favourite food in the whole of Bend!  The trailer it is based our of is ramshackle so the prospect of tasty (and sanitary) food being made there does not look promising. But looks deceive and the food that they produce is fantastic.

It is located on the intersection of NW Arizona and SW Bond in Bend, just behind the coffee shop Palate, which also happens to be our favourite coffee shop in town. They have a great working relationship, with the food cart now having a serving counter in Palate’s patio. You are also welcome to eat your food from A Broken Angel inside, which is most welcome in the winter.

They are open Monday through Friday from about 11 am until they run out off food, which they often do by about 2:30 pm.

Well worth trying out whether you are a vegan or not.
